All Shoppe direct products are 100% original, imported from official suppliers and verified dealers. We guarantee the authenticity of every product we sell directly.

Affiliate products are sold and fulfilled by our trusted international partners. Each listing will clearly indicate whether the product is a direct Shoppe item or an affiliate product, and the purchase will be completed on the partner's website, subject to their terms.

While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Prices are subject to change without notice.

**For Shoppe Direct Products:** Orders are placed directly through our website's secure checkout process. You will be prompted to provide necessary details, including your name, contact information, and delivery address. Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement using one of our accepted online payment methods.

We accept major credit and debit cards, including **Visa and Mastercard**, processed securely through our payment gateway, **2Checkout (Verifone)**. All online transactions are encrypted and protected.

In some cases, we may offer **Cash on Delivery (COD)** within Yerevan, Armenia. This option will be presented at checkout if available for your order.

Shoppe offers prices 30–40% lower than most stores in Armenia on our direct products, providing competitive value.

**For Affiliate Products:** When you select an affiliate product, you will be redirected to the website of our international partner to complete your purchase. Payment for affiliate products will be processed by the respective partner under their own terms and conditions. Shoppe does not process payments for affiliate products.

For Shoppe direct products:

• Free standard shipping within Armenia (7–10 business days)
• Express delivery within Armenia available for $20 (3–5 business days)
• Free same-day delivery available in Yerevan.
• Flat rate delivery fee of $5–10 to other cities in Armenia applies.
• International shipping is available upon request; price and delivery times vary based on destination. Please contact us for a quote.

Affiliate product shipping is managed by the partner platform and follows their respective shipping policies. Customers are responsible for reviewing these policies on the partner's website.

**For Shoppe Direct Products:** We accept returns only under specific conditions due to the nature of our sourced luxury goods and highly discounted pricing.

• **Eligibility:** Free returns are permitted only within **3 hours of delivery**. The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
• **Late Returns:** Returns initiated **after 3 hours but within 24 hours of delivery** will be subject to a **40–50% restocking fee** deducted from the refund amount. We cannot accept returns beyond 24 hours from delivery.
• **Process:** To initiate a return, please contact us immediately via Telegram (+374 96 743515) or email ([email protected]) with your order details and reason for return.
• **Condition:** All returned items are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not in its original condition.

**For Affiliate Products:** Returns and exchanges for affiliate items are strictly governed by the return policies of the original seller/partner. You must refer to their website for their specific terms. Shoppe can assist in guiding you to the correct contact/policy, but we do not process returns for affiliate purchases.

For Shoppe direct items, we will send you order status updates via Telegram or email, including tracking information when available.

Affiliate product tracking is managed by the respective selling partners. You will receive tracking information directly from them.

All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on Shoppe belong to their rightful brand owners. Shoppe does not claim ownership of third-party brands unless otherwise stated.

The content, layout, design, images, and text on the Shoppe website are the exclusive property of Shoppe and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reuse or reproduction without explicit permission is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shoppe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; or (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content. In no event shall Shoppe's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (U.S. $100.00) or the amount you paid Shoppe for any products.
